Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) once used
- Custom or personalized items
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at support@toteandbag.com . Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time:
- Refunds may take 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@toteandbag.com and follow the return process.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@toteandbag.com with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
